A
total of 1,168 farmer-beneficiaries received agricultural packages consisting of
six (6) bottles of foliar fertilizer and a sprayer. The procurement of these agricultural
packages was funded by Senate President JUAN PONCE ENRILE with the support
of his son JACK C. ENRILE,
Representative of the 1st District of Cagayan, Representative ROBERT
M. ESTRELLA, Jr. and the Abono Partylist. The distribution was held at the
Umingan Sports Complex last April 21, 2012 with Cong. MARLYN L. PRIMICIAS –
AGABAS, Mayor ELDRED P. TUMBOCON, Vice Mayor ALAIN P. RABANG and the
Sangguniang Bayan Members.
