Last July 11, 2012, the Local Government Unit through its
Municipal Administrator, Mr. Gil O. Tadeo, DOLE Rosales Field Office Head, Ms.
Theresa Buenavente, DOLE Labor and
Employmnt II, Ms. MJ de Leon and our PESO Officer, Ms. Bayani B. Sonaco, turned over sewing, carpentry and plumbing
equipment to the Association of OFW’s of Umingan headed by their President, Ms.
Rosemarie C. Fulgosino. Said equipment will be utilized for their livelihood activities.
